Confirm vendors two

Fax vendors all
pertinent information (itinerary, maps, etc.)
Develop a ceremony
itinerary for all parties and vendors
Discuss seating
charts if required, or room arrangement in conjunction
with set-up provided by facility
Inform correct
parties of payments due to vendors upon delivery
Attend ceremony
rehearsal and direct if permitted by facility
Supervise ready
rooms for bride and groom and their parties
Meet all vendors at
ceremony and reception site with their orders
Provide set up
instructions to vendors
Distribute any
remaining payments to vendors
Supervise reception
and coordinate any special events (bouquet toss, garter
toss, anniversary dance etc.)
Supervise gifts
being loaded into correct car
Handle any wedding
(pertinent) emergencies that may arise
Provide emergency
kit for small needs during the day
